David Cowgill is an American actor, and voice actor who is best known for his voice work in animated films and television series, most notably Mulan (1998), Shrek (2001), Nausicaä of the Valley of the Winds (2004), Howl's Moving Castle (2004), Chicken Little (2005), and Madagascar (2005).
He voiced additional voices in Open Season, Cloudy with a Chance of Meatballs 2, Hotel Transylvania 2, and The Star.
